This is based off of a Sanders Sides rp that @HissHissYes and I did together. DISCLAIMER: These characters DO NOT belong to us for they are the creation of our gay savior, Thomas Sanders.
Sanders City is being protected by a criminal justice who goes by the name of Cerebrum. He is most notably known for maiming and killing higher ups with a criminal record who have managed to evaded arrest. He does this mainly because the people in power have left the West side of Sanders City to rot, and the people who live there, to live in poverty, all while the rich live lavishly in the center of the city. On Cerebrum's quest for justice though, he runs into a dashing fellow who might be the death of him.
