When Madoka became the law of cycles, she left a portion of her memories and power to a group of three magical girls, who would one day return them to her. Sayaka Miki, Nagisa Momoe, and Rei Asano. However, when a new, malignant force arises from the darkest depths of the soul gem of one of Rei's closest allies, the Law of Cycles unravels.
