Mia Lancaster is one of the most prestigious divers in England, being only sixteen-years old. And with the 2012 London Olympics coming up in just a year, the Great Britain Diving Team adds the young diver into their squad, hoping that this will increase their chances of receiving a medal at the Olympics. But adjusting into the limelight, dealing through the pressure of winning, building friendships with the teammates, and a silly school-girl crush on the Tom Daley are thrown at the sixteen year old diver.
