At least, that's the story Angelica Ito's mother had given. They all said that her mother was lying, that her mother was crazy, and to be frank, she couldn't see why not. If there was one thing Angelica had heard from everyone, it was not to be like her mother.

Yet, when she finally leaves her grandparents' tiny Los Angeles flower shop and heads off to University, Angelica can't help but question all the peculiar happenings around her. Perhaps, a little madness needs to be everywhere.
