Aranth is a leader of a quaint band of heroes who dreams of becoming something more. And he thinks it may be the perfect opportunity to be the most successful hero ever when he finds a powerful sword, Daertes. The only problem? Daertes is a pacifist, many of his coworkers are annoying and unhelpful, and the group can't stay mature for more than two minutes at a time. 

Finally, Aranth's squad is given the opportunity to see the world--actually, this "opportunity" is forced upon them, but so what? At any rate, the gang heads across the Mundum searching for villains and monsters to destroy in order to protect the innocent citizens of Mundum. Despite Aranth's best intentions, there always seems to be someone in the way of peace and prosperity, and it's usually one of his "friends". Watch Aranth's plans be thwarted by his annoying friends, uncooperative equipment, and powerful enemies.
