"Let the Parade begin." So begins the story of Princess Natalia Katherine Ambrosia, the only child born to King Phineas and Queen Cassandra. Rightful heir to the throne. But first she must chose a husband before she can claim her title as Queen. Only those born from noble Houses may present themselves to her Highness; after all, the class system exists to keep the Royal bloodlines pure. Will the Parade truly allow her to pick a suitable king, and husband? What happens when Natalia meets Greyson, a palace servant who comes with the promise of a simpler life? Princess Natalia must chose a suitor from the twelve provided to her in the Parade, but soon she finds herself falling for both a noble and a peasant. But there are bigger things at stake; as family secrets are revealed Natalia realizes she might not belong on the throne after all. A rebellion is brewing, at the center lies a deep hatred for the class system. Someone else is planning to steal the throne from Natalia. Will she buckle under the pressure and run away in search of the simple life, or will she stay to defend her crown, proving once and for all that Natalia is the Rightful Heir.

In Dreams

The inner workings of the Royal family of Ethelburgesa was a secret. One could only imagine what happened behind the opulent front they put on. Life wasn't that different for Princess Cassiopeia. She was meant to be seen not heard, find a husband of higher rank and produce children before the age of twenty-five, easy with all the balls and social gatherings right? Wrong. There was a life plan and the family stuck to it... Until her brother abdicated. With a stupid mistake costing her her reputation, she is hurriedly married off to a current suitor and they have to work hard to keep up the facade that they have created. But things keep going wrong and accidents happen. Was it revenge or was Cassiopeia really just not meant to be the first female ruler and a higher power putting her in her place? I am gently rewriting this. So there will be an overhaul in a month or two. :)
