This book contains information about Insecurities, Overthinking, Possessiveness, and Anxiety. 
It will be my small research done by me just to know myself deeper and understand why I do certain things in certain way and what pulls those strings in a way that it suffocates me. Along with my journal entries in which I describe how it all feels while I sit here trying to figure out which one in the four plays a number on me.
I will be very happy even if some part of it is relatable and is helpful to any of you.
