Most weren't expecting it to happen. Life was normal, and it wasn't the first time some crazy scientists yelled about a possible outbreak of a virus. Guess this time they were right. Now Edgar Kari and his daughter, Lillian, will have to learn to endure the difficult effects of the outbreak. 

Ten years later, after a tragic event, a desire is triggered in seventeen year old Lillian, she joins the "trouble  makers" on their search for a way to restore the world - return it into the methodical mess it once was. The fireflies journey of endurance proving more and more difficult as their search for a cure slowly begin to seem impossible.
