Hana Hanson, a federal agent from Buffalo, NY, is called to New York City after the death of writer-and-federal agent Melissa Davis is found dead amidst a terrorism case. Daunted with the task of not only catching the terrorist and bringing his victims to justice, but investigating Agent Davis' apparent suicide, Hana will need all the help she can get.
