He watches them at first and lets them live. The boy seems much more interested in all the weird things in the forest than the girl but other than that they looked harmless. Till a few days later Bill finds he's missing his journal, where he logs all his creatures and their actions. Panicked and pissed he reaches his whole forest and the whole town.
