Gender and sexuality are confusing. Especially, if you live in a conservative household with a very traditional Christian mother. It becomes even harder when you're constantly moving and you're stuck in a family of cishet Christians and therefore surrounded by friends in the same group. That's what 16 year old Candice is going through, but what happens when she moves to the most openly queer town she's ever been in? What happens when she becomes friends with most of those kids?

An LGBT coming of age story where a girl realizes she's actually a guy and finds out more about himself than he ever thought possible.

In addition, I'll be making some edits to grammar and formatting, as well as giving some of the dialog a refresh in an effort to be less...cringe. Lol. There are also a few plot points I want to smooth out. The boys are looking to adopt a child, and they think Oliver and Jay would be the perfect fit. What'll happen to Oliver and Jay? Will Jay continue her self-destructive ways? Will the girls get adopted by the boys? Can the girls overcome their nightmares, panic attacks etc, and become 'normal' teens? And what will they do when they find out the people who want to adopt them are apart of the mafia?
