Shattered

Zoe Smith was born a beautiful, healthy baby baby in the boring, rainy state of Oregon. Her father worked in a factory, and her mother was a preschool teacher. Zoe almost had a normal life. But the night after she was born, a shadow appeared outside her bedroom window. Her parents awoke to the sound of glass breaking. They rushed to Zoe's room. When they got there, the window was broken, and their baby was gone.
