This is a story about a girl that is 16, her name is Juilian Mercedes Uley. She had just recently found out that she was moving in with her Uncle Sam. Juilian was really happy about this. She gets sent to live with her uncle Sam because of her "bad" behavior but it's really because she is almost to the point where she is ready to phase. Her "mom" wasn't there for her when she was living back in Maine. Sam doesn't know all of the things that happened to juilian at all when she was with her "mom".
