I nodded meekly, hoping that he would turn out to be a patient suffering from short term memory loss and would forget about detention but his next words confirmed how rotten my luck was! An IV bag is behind me and everything is sterile here. Must be a hostipal I think to myself. I try then to think how I got here. I can even hear the gears in my brain trying to think how I got here. All I can remember is my 17th birthday party. I didnt have too much to drink I think? Then I hear a loud gasp that pulls me out of my thoughts and my friend Isabel has a shocked face and looks like shes about to drop her lunch tray that doesn't have much anyways. "Oh my god!
