Katsuki Bakugou is also an avian. He was sold to Enji Todoroki for a high price. Since Enji believes in Avian Rights, due to his children being avians themselves, he deems Katsuki a free man. With nowhere to go, Enji decides to make Katsuki earn his living protecting his son, Shoto.
