A boy, living with two crazy, psychotic twins, with so many mental disorders he's lost count.

One that doesn't feel and one that feels too much. One that get so depressed he can't move or speak, and one that gets so angry he screams until he can't scream anymore.

Living with these twins as brothers is not easy, along with his other two younger siblings.

As a boy who's only 15 years old, who no longer goes to school and dedicates his life to supporting his family, for Lalen, everyday is a challenge.

But how far will these twins go, and how sick can they get before Lalen reaches his breaking point?
