Kill or be killed, that's the thought proses of a girl named Kiseki Mayku. She was born a one eyed Ghoul in the 20th ward, her father being a human and her mother the ghoul. She lived decently happy up until her 6th birthday when her mother was targeted by doves and she was kill right along side her father. Kiseki was able to get away from the doves and from that day forward she tried her best to fit in with humans while at night she hunted for food. She was carful but despiser her hatred for humans she decided to start going to school When she was about 14 years old.
She did her best to stay away from humans but was drawn to two boys in her class, brothers, one named Kea Himura and the other Kirai Himura, they ended up friends. Kiseki was closed off at first but soon warmed up to them. Not only was she friends with a human of all things but she also began working at a coffee shop called Anteiku that's run by ghouls.
