The Zed Stone is a VERY dangerous item. It was created by a rouge and crazy Nightfury named Holocaust. Little is known about the stone, but what is known about it, tends to make a lot of people greedy and nervous. The Zed Stone is known to cause extreme bad luck, so bad that it's practically deadly if you go anywhere near it. But, some people can't resist its powers, and instead they go looking for it so their able to control the entire city out of fear. For Example, if you promise somebody that you will give them a dollar tomorrow, your body will force you to remember to get a dollar and give it to them. If you still refuse , you will die at the stroke of midnight the next day. If you were unable to go through with it, you survive. If you were to make a promise about something in the past and it's not true, you die the moment you finish the sentence. For example, if you were to promise your spouse that you never cheated on them, and you did, you would die. This supernatural aspect was known to everyone in this world.
