He turned to the dressmaker with a frown.

"Did you do that?" he asked.

She smiled contentedly and responded gently " The dress is my design. The spark is from you. But the SHINE? Dearest, that's all her"

Jin sat and took the words to heart. He wanted you, desperately in fact. He wanted to scoop you up in his arms and march back to the Penthouse suite and immediately drag you both into the bliss for which his body ached, for which he had clawed for control from all afternoon.

But he would not be an ass tonight.

Grandmother was right. You did shine! And tonight was your chance to show the others here what he already knew. Tonight they would learn that you were not only beautiful but also smart and funny and kind and compassionate and a thousand other things and he would be the proudest man in this room. But he also secretly and selfishly hoped these people learned one more thing tonight - that you were his.
