The world has lost 75% of its land to a different version of humans who have evolved due to going into space. these advanced humans called themselves the seris. they can live up to 300 years and barely look like they age. plus they have enhanced strength, speed, and technology. Plus the royal family has supernatural gifts. The human race was pushed back into a corner as these advanced species of humans fought for the earth and its plentiful resources. Even though the human race is weak they fought the seris to a standstill, which soon leads to a treaty between what was left of many nations governments. those humans that are still alive will stay on the twenty-five percent of the land they have left, and if any human leave they are subject to seris law. some humans stayed outside the fence humanity put up. These humans were outraged at their government for giving up. as the years passed anger turned to malice and malice turned to revolt.
The Moon resistance pushed the already stressed small nations to fight another war. With barely enough soldiers to keep up the ranks in the military the remaining political powers enacted the lost children of terra Act. since there was a surplus of orphans and not enough caregivers, these orphans would be given to military schools and trained to be soldiers for the nations. this caused their military might to rise and fend off any attacks by the revolutionaries. This is where the story starts.

A ragtag gang of teens teams up with a neighboring girl gang when a major cartel moves into town, threatening their families, their turf, and the community they've worked so hard to protect. ***** Cash West formed the Seven 20s - a gang of six overzealous teens with guns - to keep his tiny, crime-infested town in nowhere California safe. His methods are unorthodox and frankly illegal, but the town loves his Robin Hood heroics. However, the gang gets more than they bargained for when the Mendoza cartel rolls into town, determined to knock them off the map. As the threat hits closer to home, Cash has no choice but to team up with his ex-girlfriend Tiana's neighboring girl gang, the Hearts of Spades. Soon allies become enemies, families get trapped in the crossfire, and romance brews as Cash fights to unravel a massive conspiracy that puts everyone that matters to him at risk. When the stakes are life and death, will the gangs be able to overcome an enemy more powerful than any of them could have predicted?
