Welcome to the dwelling of heavenly academics, all those who failed in life but aren't bad enough to go to Hell.

In the state of purgatory, spirits are purified with fire in order to be able to reach Heaven. That fire is Purg Academy, the only school in the afterlife which was established to educate the younger spirits and prepare them for Heaven.

In order to graduate, students must fully use their memoirs, relics of old memories and rediscover themselves. Only then can they gain their wings and reach Heaven.Domínio Público

It wiped out 99% of the world's human population, leaving the remaining 1% to either drown in misery or find new hope in narcissism. Twenty years later, Elijah falls into the latter category. Having discovered that he, and only he, has the ability to draw demons out of the Possessed, he decides that he must have been chosen to lead the 'new world.' However, his attempts to bring the 'chosen few' under his wing do not go as well as he hopes. Lindsey, on the other hand, falls into a category of his own. As a vampire, death is no stranger, but given the lack of newly deads to choose from after the post-Flu population drop, avoiding starvation has become a struggle. He survives by sleeping through his days, but the arrival of a past enemy and a less-than-wise decision to help a murderer force him back onto the road. Unfortunately, he quickly discovers that the new world does not follow the same logic that it did before. TL;DR - Most of the world died from a flu pandemic so there's a post-apocalyptic type situation where demons possess people.

At first, Jackson saw this as a good thing, but soon after he realized that this gave him another reason to hate God. He could no longer do the things he wanted as often as he pleased. He was allowed to go to Earth, but only for short amounts of time to collect souls and punish the dammed. But when Jackson finally finds himself someone to love, what will happen? nice try there but I got through demons. Have fun with the witch of purgatory. who mastered all magical forces in heaven hell the mortal plain and the netherworlds. first form and timeline of the goddess or angel who made the netherworlds the form of the first failure who lost everything to nepotism. and wanted the power to protect all her friends. However, she never mentioned those friends were of heaven, hell, and the family she made in the netherworlds. her seal is relished by the way and she will be the first the seven deadly sins will face if they have hurt the children of the netherworlds or purgatory as a whole.
