What if Evan had been emailing someone secretly the entire summer?
And what if they turned out to be the one who would make his life complete?
Evan Hansen. Tree expert and social outcast. Not so different from the one he had been emailing for the past few months.
But he doesn't even know the name of the other. Just that they're the same age and he has a sister.
Will he meet the one that always signed the emails with "Sincerely Me"? Or would he be alone for the rest of his high school life?

Evan Hansen is an introverted teenager with severe social anxiety. His mother, in attempt to get Evan out of his shell and into the world, pushes him to sign up for a theatre class. After some arguing and relentless begging, Evan reluctantly agrees, only wanting to make his mom happy. Connor Murphy, facing depression, drug addiction, and an increasingly deteriorating relationship with his family, finds joy only in weed and acting. He'd been attending the same class for three years, the only place he felt at peace. On Evan's first day, he notices everyone else already had their own groups of friends, no one was alone, except him. Well, him and the boy with the long hair and black hoodie who was intimidatingly brooding in the corner. Connor is not the most welcoming, in fact he's far from it. Though, eventually he begins to tolerate Evan's presence, and soon goes from tolerating it to enjoying it. When Evan miraculously gets cast as the lead role in a show the class is performing, Connor takes it upon himself to help Evan step into the spotlight.
