Set after Book 7, Flashback(CAUTION: SPOILERS!), the matchmaking council decides that Sophie can either become a councillor(rulers of the lost cities) at age fifteen or host a selection, an ancient Elvin tradition to settle out matchmaking. As Sophie worries about her love life though, she's still juggling her education, friendships, and of course, fighting the neverseen. AND she's still not sure of herself and who she is. Is delving deeper into her beginning as project Moonlark leading to secrets and mysteries better left untouched? 
Sophie navigates through the twists and turns of being an elf and visits the forbidden cities a few times too. Her life is no ride off into the sunset, but Sophie Elisabeth Foster is determined to succeed.
