Kiss With a Fist (Jushiro Ukitake x Oc)

Meganekko, otherwise known as Violent Violet, is a Shinigami attending the Shin'o Academy during its first few years of existance. She has been sent to the academy to learn how to control her temper to no avail, and it is here that she meets Jushiro Ukitake; a friendly, mild-mannered nobleman who has promised to help her renounce her violent ways before she is kicked out for good. Problem is, how will he teach her to control her anger? Has his naivety got the better of him this time?
