Percy Jackson was finally able to lay low and have a peaceful life for once. The war with Gaea and the Giants was over, and Percy was excited to have the chance to spend time with his beautiful girlfriend. Then everything comes crashing down. A new kid comes stumbling into Camp-Half-Blood, and the moment he lays eyes on the legendary son of Poseidon, he hated him. Percy Jackson - Runaway
After the second war everything starts to go back to normal. Except for Percy, normal is never an option. Annabeth and Percy broke up. Not that Percy was particularly sad about it. After Tartarus Percy wasn't able to feel that connection with Annabeth. He was glad and relieved that they broke up.
