And I'm awful at descriptions, but here goes xD Amy discovered that she had fiery powers at the age of 20, when she was in her first life threatening situation. Since then, she has been using them to fight crime in her city as the Ember. Then, a man saves her life, and she discovers that she isn't the only one struggling with powers. When somebody from her dark past returns to her life, Amy must learn to trust herself and face her fears. Trigger Warning! This story features flashbacks of a past abusive relationship, so if that's something that you're not comfortable with, please don't read! And I've never been in an abusive relationship before, so if I describe something wrong or say something that's offensive to survivors in any way, please let me know and I'll try to fix it!

Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. If you know of any way I can get this published or how to make it better please tell me. Hope you love it!
