Y/N to the town was just a normal human girl, having grown up there since she was 5. But her family knew the truth, of the terrible nightmares and headaches that would afflict them. Taking her from them whenever they got them. Taking them into a world unknown, their own mind slowly killing her as they keep returning unwillingly. Maybe someone will finally step in and help.
Currently in progress/rewrite, all chapter currently published have been rewritten to fit the new story better! But please read the very first note which will be the first chapter.

A choice that matters (Kris x Reader)
(Y/n) was born and raised in the dark world. Though she never really met her parents and was raised by basically everyone in the card castle to become a royal guardian. Then the king of spades imprisoned the other three kings and made another dark fountain. (Y/n), who was only 6 years old, understood that this certainly isn't what she was born for, so she ran away followed by the guards to bring her back. The young girl was about to get caught when a sweet goat kid hid her in his secret kingdom. Thanks to that rescue, (Y/n) promised the 5 years old prince of darkness to be in her eternal projection. Together, they wait for the legendary heroes to seal the fountain again and save the world. But when she met them, or at least a certain 16 years old boy, she felt this strong feeling in her chest.
