The Summer We Reunited

When Chase and Sofie were 10 years old, Chase moved to California, leaving Sofie stuck across the country in Jersey. At first they started sending little letters back and forth then the letters just stopped. 7 years later Sofie was in her room and herd her mom on the phone talking to, what sounded like, Chase's mom Morgan, who was also Sofie's mom's best friend.
