Penn Zero Part Time Hero: Louder Things( A PZPTH/TLH Crossover)

It's been a while since Penn Zero and his friends were out of the Part Time Hero job. They all have gone into their normal lives. And while he is glad that his parents are back, Penn still has the slightest feeling that his days as being a hero are not over just yet.

When on a rainy day he finds an child on the streets all by himself, Penn takes pity on the kid and brings him to his place. However, Penn discovers that this kid is anything but ordinary. And that there was a reason for why the boy was out there by himself.

(Just to be clear, this is NOT also a Stranger Things Crossover. Yes there will be elements of it, but there is no connection between Stranger ThingsThings and this story. I will go into farther detail in the Author Note)
