Her friends gossip more than daytime talk show hosts and her family is a reality show waiting to happen. Then add Parker Vance, the delinquent she unknowingly almost runs over with her car. After that, he suddenly makes it his personal mission to make her lose her cool at least once and he’s determined. She’s got her problems as does he but why does everything have to be so over dramatic? If Lilly has anything to say about it, it won’t be.
