The residence of Bar Harbor lived quite and peaceful lives until something old, and dangerous stirs in its waters. During the worst storm in living memory something unusual happens. The sea turns black, and stains the sand red. Monstrous creatures roam the dark streets looking for fresh meat, and drag their prey back down into the water. Colton, a  local boy makes the most shocking discovery of all.  A war is raging beneath the waves, and  much more than this small town is at stake.
