A small Devil emerges from the Underworld with the intent of conquering the mortal world. However, the world is full of strong warriors and massive armies. In order to combat these odds the small Devil looks to create his own army.
As he creates his own army though it would appear the mortal world is not lead by the righteous rulers everyone believes. His goal of conquering the mortal world may actually be in everyones best interest.
