A school of law that teaches both sides of the spectrum. The Rippers and Savours. 

The Rippers are the students against the law. The ones who try to commit a crime and get past the student council.

The Savours are the ones who report the crimes committed by the Rippers to the student council and the ones who vote for the sentance. They are also the candidates for the Student Council.

The student council are those who solve the crimes of the school, from theft to murder, they will solve it. It is made up of 5 members who are the best in their class, whichever class that is.

Hello! I'm Monokuma! And as you know....or dont...here at Hopes Peek High, we only take the best! Normally we would have 16 students, but this year we seem to only have 10...it's sad really.. Four good hours gone and yet nothing - no solution. I kicked a chair in my office hard sending it flying through an empty space as it crashed to the floor.
