When love is said to be the revolving motion of the Earth, the very force that moves it on its axis, must we take it literally? Hypothetically, the force of love moves even those completely emotionless; embedded with a blank inner canvas. Yet, does the strength of love move the very ground we tread? Quite possibly. If you ask yourself this, one even within a perfectly stable mind would deem this hard to process, so how would one with an instability perceive this thought? By creating her own 'source of love', of course.
Nia Thomas; young, caring, yet mentally broken and unstable. When told of said force of love, she takes the underlying message to an extent in which she forms her own answer to this theory; a common theory often opposed to by many, which states that everyone needs love to be complete in life. Her answer, unique to her complicated mind, provides her consistent advice, comfort and loyalty; in which even her own mother cannot provide. Yet, with her troublesome schizophrenia always straying near, she struggles to comprehend even her simple-minded creation and the harmless nature she gave it.
Through the confines of her traumatised mind, Nia forms the 'perfect source of love'. All goes well while she's unaware of reality and its lurking dangers she once hid herself from but will the drawbacks of the flawless creation within her head be overpowered by something completely within the bindings of reality? Something in the form of a very much human boy.
