Nymphia är en dystopisk science-fiction berättelse om den genetiskt framtagna individen med samma namn. Det brukade vara ett långtidsprojekt som jag drömde om att få publicera genom ett förlag förr men nu bjuder jag på det som är kvar av det. Jag har renskrivit det med gott om ändringar från hur det var förr. Då jag skrev den på ren improv så kommer jag försöka mitt bästa med att planera ut en faktiskt berättelse.

It is extremely rare, and most people born with the defect are made aware of their powers at a young age due to their powers erupting, forcing most to go into hiding to avoid being experimented on by the government. Those who do not hide, die. The government hasn't been able to get their hands on a mutated being, mainly due to a secret organisation aiding in the hiding and training of those individuals. This same organisation has gone to deadly lengths just to make sure the government has little to no information about their powers. People with powers and this organisation are viewed as an old wives tale by the rest of the world, made up to gain traction. The world will soon know how real it truly is.

Technology. A simple word, isn't it? Well... Not really. It can be anything. Your phones, your PC, or any other device you're using to read this description. BUT... It doesn't end there. Let's join each other and follow the journey of a young man named Y/N Colomar, who has this specific quirk. Like any other kid his age, he wants to be a hero. In a world where people can be born with a genetic mutation that gives them powers, surely you'd think everything would be like a comic book right? Well you'd be wrong. People born with this gene are called "Conduits", or Bio-terrorrists if your in the majority who hate them. Conduits are viewed as monsters who only bring evil to the world, and are captured by the "Department of Unified Protection" or "D.U.P" for short. The D.U.P takes these conduits to a prison known as Curden Cay Station and do God knows what to them. So you can imagine that finding out one day that you are one of these conduits would be an extremely bad situation to be in, and unfortunately for our freshly graduated main protagonist, he is about to find out just how dark this world can be. With the death of his lover at the hands of a conduit during their escape from the D.U.P, will our protagonist fall to his anger and seek vengeance for his lover's death? Or will he prevail and choose to be the better man in a world where the better people are at risk?
