Ash just woke up in a completely strange world with no idea of how he got there, with no one to keep him company except the parasitic mouth on his stomach and Tenebrous, a werewolf who does not like him. As he tries to find his way home, he learns that he's part of a prophecy claiming he's supposed to save the universe from the embodiment of all evil, an ancient being that took over the body of the god of knowledge; Ash is one of the assholes who lives in the universe, so he's just gotta...you know, learn to deal with a cranky werewolf, a crankier stomach mouth, and a couple of entirely too perky husbands who are Chosen by their god to make sure Ash succeeds. He's just a disaster bi who wants to take a nap. Leave him alone.

"Fishy kisses are better than kisses," I say, the words coming out of nowhere, "and like that, two people together are better than marriage." "What are you talking about?" "Nothing really," I sigh, hunching over myself more to trap the warmth, "it's just..." "Just?" "...I'm tired of this world, being judged for something you can't control, molded by peoples opinion, it's sickening." I glance at him, gauging his expression, he didn't have any. A crazy idea enters my head. "Hey, let's run away together, from society," I breathe, pausing for a bit, "maybe it's cowardly, maybe it's foolish, but I don't want to be defined by people who don't know me," maybe the cold is getting to me, "run away with me." * Loopie didn't expect that the single shine of hope that finally shone came in the form of a silent and mysterious werewolf. Nao didn't quite understand how his fate entangled with that of the trouble-magnet rascal. But with a bit of family feud and the need for something stable, this arrangement might very well work for the both of them. ~~~ First installment of the Invalid series.
