Once there was peace. The only violence seen was between the humans, unaware of the monsters that lurked in the darkness. The peace lasted for 200 years till it was broken by Derkus, a thousand-year-old demon. Derkus wants the Earth for himself and will do anything to get it. His dream is to purge the world into eternal darkness. To achieve his mission, he recruited the vampire king and the alphas of all alphas. He was so certain he will accomplish his dream of world domination. With nothing standing in his way, he put his plans into action.
However, where there is darkness there, is light. Seeing the world, being plunged into ruin, the gods of light restored the balance of light and dark, creating the perfect worriers. These were the guardians of light, people with incredible power to defeat Derkus and his army and to make sure that there will always be a balance.
After 400 years of war, there weren't many of the guardians left. Now in the year 2019, there is only six remaining. Five of them have awakened to their power, the sixth guardian, still sleeps within.
Now it's a race against time to awaken the last guardian before Derkus finds her, and destroys her.

(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Stolen Fate (Final Draft)
It starts in London 1557, when two people were in an argument until they had to defeat each other in order to gain power and trust, however one of them ended up getting trapped inside the sword. This makes the sword more powerful and ends up automatically killing them both chasing a huge explosion. Now it moves onto 2010 when 2 boys become friends as kids they grow together while one has a bad life and the other has a good fantasy that the other one always wanted. The boys were named Derik and Adam, Adam was a good kid and had a good life. He was 15 and it was 2019. Derik was 17 and graduated high school. A while after, in 2022 Adam stole Derik's dream job, soon Adam became friends with Derik's biggest crush. Derik remained a failure even though he graduated, no one accepted him and called him a Dork. Even after Adam was the reason Derik's dog got killed. That was when he ghosted Adam and never spoke to him or saw him again. Later in 2026 Adam is an investigator and noticed that a scar on the ground was shaped like a sword. like it was there for years but he didn't think much of it until buildings started being burnt down 7 times. That was when he got concerned to find out who is doing this. Derik soon slowly left the plot for a while but who knows what's going on. A disaster was even caused 2 years later that never ended. Derik was pronounced dead in 2022 and Adam even forgot about him so he never knew. However his happiness was going to come to an end.Complete
