Their city had always been filled with evil, but it wasnt just the city; it was the world. A world that was spiraling down into the destruction that is inevitable. Their city was in ruin. The cops, corrupted. The people, evil. But the good people of the city have learned two things, without each other they can not survive, and never give in to the darkness. That is something the heros of the city, that are hated and loved by the cops and poeple swore to always protect the ones who are good.
