Mature
Vilkas x Dragonborn fan fiction

Originally titled "You Don't Have to Save The World Alone, Harbinger," but that was long and a little ridiculous.

My most recent Skyrim play-through, personal character idea (female nord Dragonborn) and a few head-cannons that went with it.
Dragonborn knows she's the Dragonborn and many other things about Skyrim.
Companions quest-line, civil war quest-line, and main story quest-line (consider this a spoiler warning!)
Mostly from Vilkas's point of view and the Dragonborn's point of view.

And of course as this is a fan-fiction, the only character that is mine is my specific version of the Dragonborn, everyone else belongs to Bethesda. A portion of the dialogue comes directly from the game as well.

Also, no smut, but there will be some strongly suggestive occasions so I marked it "mature".

Other tag suggestions would be appreciated.

The Brothers Moonborn

13 parts Ongoing

Only months after Skyrim's victory over the Thalmor invaders, Vilkas Moonborn of the Companions enjoys the quiet that peace time has brought the land. Other than taking an odd job with his twin brother, Farkas, Vilkas spends most of his time taming his two children or tending to his heavily pregnant wife, Ylva. But when a recurring dream reveals a worrying truth about his past, Vilkas finds himself in a bind. Ylva is only a few months away from delivering their third child, but he fears that he must follow this dream. If he trusts his instincts, he could finally uncover the truth about his past. Who were his parents? Where were they when he and Farkas were kidnapped? Are they still out there? Determined to find the truth, Vilkas enlists the help of his brother, and together, the brothers set off to learn what they can about who they are. As they march across Skyrim searching for clues, a nagging thought plagues Vilkas's every waking moment. What if they weren't ready to learn the truth?
