Lesley Walker had a terrible life. Her mother died when she was eleven, her father beats her, her boyfriend cheated on her, and the list goes on and on. She was on the edge of breaking when Luke Hemmings moves to town. At first, he's shy and quiet, but soon he becomes love sick. He tells Lesley how he feels and she feels the same. She then realizes life isn't that bad. But Luke did something bad in his past life, and he tells Lesley about it. Does she stay with him? Or does she become scared of him and leave?

A huge fight splits them up, leaving Chloe mad and Ashton miserable. Anything can happen. Anything is possible. They have to choose the right paths in their relationship. One wrong step can lead to something unwanted by the both of them. Will they choose to live the present? Or hold onto their pasts?
