When a darkness spreads across Mirkwood, a mighty elven kingdom is robbed from its bliss. A once vibrant people hides behind the walls of their kingdom and the forest grew into a bleak and uneasy place. The other realms suspected Thranduil of being embittered by Saurons return, the growing darkening of his kingdom and the domination of Shelob's children beneath the canopy of his forest. Nothing could've been further from the truth. There was another reason why Thranduil grew bitter and isolated. A reason no one dared to speak about. Trapped (Thranduil FanFiction)
Caladhiel had been born in the Northern Mountains of Middle Earth. She'd always been hot headed, passionate and brave. Her father was the leader of their clan and they were the elves that protected the North. On a faithful battle her home was destroyed by the Orcs and she was the only surviver of her clan. She was found by Galadriel, almost dying and she took her under her care and protection. Caladhiel was moved to Rivendell and was put under Elrond's care, he taught her how to behave in court, how to address herself to nobles and most important of all how to be a proper lady suitable for marriage. Causing far too much trouble for Elrond in Rivendell the young elven princess of the North is moved to Mirkwood in order to be taught how to behave and leave her warrior ways behind. Caladhiel hates being told what to do but as soon as her eyes catch the Elven King's her world is about to be turned upside down.Concluída
The Return
Forty years have gone by since the beginning of the Fourth Age. The time of peace is falling away as Orcs are attacking villages in Eryn Lasgalen and Gondor, killing aimlessly. Legolas receives a strange letter from Aragorn asking him to meet in Imladris. But something happens on the road and Legolas and his captain, Thaladir, discover something disturbing about the new enemy. Something that could take them, Aragorn, and others as far as the Mines of Moria. Please Note: This is an older work of mine and while I still love it dearly, the writing isn't the best, and it is slightly AU because I didn't know Tolkien lore when I started it.
