- Dean had been driving down some random rode hoping for a case. His mind hadn't been in the game for a while, and Sam has finally gotten him into the Impala to look around for something to *actually* hunt. For the past two years he'd drank himself into some kind of stupor, and only hunted things dangerous enough to kill him. Yet, like always, they never did.

Dean got into an accident and was most likely going to die, but a miracle happens and Dean lives but for some reason he can't see colors any more, all he sees is a grayscale of it so they all look dull. As time progresses, Dean still never got used to the same black and white filter of the world. All he wanted was to see colors again. One day, Dean notices a student who was filled with colors. That student ended up being Castiel, the angel who saved Dean but did not restore his eyesight to normal. Things work out just fine until an awry incident causes Dean and Cas to go missing after school one day. Soon after, a life-threatening trade may just cause Winter her life, but maybe it's worth it. This story involves Teen!Cas and Teen!Dean, so I suppose you could call it a high-school AU.
