Izuku gasped, as her eyes widened tremendously. Green explosions erupted from her hands, and she beamed afterwards the shock.

"Kacchan!!! I got my quirk!!!" The young girl screamed, running to where she saw familiar ash-blonde hair near the swings. However, the sight was not what she perceived. Katsuki was unblinking, motionless, and that was when she noticed that everything around here were still.

"Kacchan...? Kacchan?!" She started to tremble, and looked around.

"Anyone?!" 

"Hello." A dark, low voice came from behind her, and Izuku shivered.

"A-Ah!!!" Izuku regained her senses, and breathed a sigh of relief.

"Oh thank goodness, someone is moving!!!" She smiled, looking at the man wearing a cap that covered the top part of his head.

"Yes, I am, my dear." The man said, amused.

"By the way, mister...do you know who's causing this?"

"Yes, I do."

"Who?"

"...me." 

Izuku's eyes opened wide in shock at this statement.

"B-But why, mister?" She said, suddenly noticing the dark aura the man in front of her possessed.

"For fun." He smiled, showing his teeth.

"P-Please, unfreeze everybody!!! I'll do anything!!!"

"You'll do...anything?" 

"Y-Yes, I'll do anything!!!" 

"Okay then, don't tell Katsuki-kun that you have a quirk, my dear."

"W-What?! Why?!"

"Because I said so. And if you do..."

All for One lifted his cap off his face, and Izuku couldn't find the air to scream. Where...was his eyes?

"Whether its your mother, father, 'Kacchan,' Aunt Mitsuki, Uncle Masaru..."
