Their childhood friends who most were separated as kids come back together one way or another, swim as highschool / college students using [reader] as a way to fuel their rivalry. I used 'y/n' so that I won't have to come up with names. Feel free to think of yourself as the character or the character being an OC :) It's wholesome.
