In the year 2024 mankind had lost all coastal areas to rising sea levels. As is in response to this, an enemy of unknown origin, the "fleet of fog" appeared in all ocean areas and began to destroy all modes of transport that attempt to head for the open sea. They destroyed undersea communication lines and communication satellites while jamming radio frequencies. All nations were isolated from one another, merely confirming one another's continued existence proved impossible. In the final battle for the sea, every nation with naval warships attacked the fleet of fog with firepower that could destroy whole continents. The fleet lost only one vessel. An I-403 class submarine.All Rights Reserved
