In a world of brutal authority and a vision of success, one is only allowed to succeed and have no leisure in their life. Any books or teachings having not to do with the government's ideals are destroyed, and those if found with these forbidden texts are executed and families who are shamed in society. Arthur Blainstrane is a 17-year old Highschool Senior in London, Britain, enrolled in the prestigious school of Arithica. Encouraged by his parents and older sister to work for the government, he agrees to their wishes and is the top of his class. However, who is this one transfer boy that rebels against the government, and apparently knows Arthur? Will he find out what the government's goal truly is? Or will he become a pawn of the government?
