Maikki is normal, or at least as normal as an awkward 17 year old can get can get. She's shy, quiet and unassuming; a perfect target for bullies. Her best friend is certifiably crazy, confident and an out-of-the-closet fangirl. On the Monday of the last week of school she gets called into the police department for an unspecified reason. The reason turns out to be an IQ test. Maikki doesn't think it matters, but then she meets Nichol, her complete opposite except for one thing: he is a genius as well. And there's just one problem: he's so 'cool' he refuses to acknowledge that Maikki even exists.
