Formerly from Winterfell Community Hospital, the industrious Jon Snow, who worked his way from bottom to top, moves to King's Landing as Westeros's central hospital, the Red Keep Medical's, new attending neurosurgeon at the request of their chief of surgery, an old friend and a brilliant Imp, Dr. Tyrion Lannister.

There, he meets the inbred doctor, Daenerys Targaryen, daughter of a long line of medical forerunners and the most influential family in the medical arts, who, he finds out, was trained and favored by the Imp.

He was the model of a rags-to-riches story, and she, a priviledged rich girl from a dynasty. Things turn funny when they suddenly find themselves in love.
