It's never easy being the new kid. But for Rayla Xadia it's even harder. Not only is she the new girl in town and school but she's also new to the country. Raised in Scotland, she moved to America with her legal guardians Runaan and Lujanne after the death of her parents. But things start to look up when she makes a new friend in a boy named Callum Katolis. An outcast like her, Callum is a target for the bullies as well, especially with his only two friends, Sorran and Claudia, having graduated and gone off to college.
