Althea 3478 is nonexistent in the eyes of the government. A government where every persons' step is counted and limited; if an unregistered like Althea were to enter she would be killed. She has been living in the forest outside of New Salt Lake for most of her life until one day her partner in "crime" Carmella, a sweet and stealthy black dog, is late coming home. Althea, being the adventurous spirit she is, ventures to close to the city and is seen by a guard. Her whole life is turned upside down from that one mistake and pays a high price.
